86. ordentliche Generalversammlung der Kuoni Reisen Holding AG am 17. April 2012:
Nach Artikel 11 der Statuten können Aktionäre, die Aktien im Nennwert von CHF 20'000.-- oder mehr vertreten, die Traktandierung eines Verhandlungsgegenstandes verlangen. Die Traktandierung muss mindestens 45 Tage, vor der Versammlung, das heisst bis zum
5. März 2012, schriftlich unter Angabe des Verhandlungsgegenstandes und der Anträge der Aktionäre anbegehrt werden.
86th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd, 17 April 2012:
According to Article 11 of the Articles of Incorporation the Shareholders whose combined shareholdings represent an aggregate par value of at least CHF 20'000.-- or more may request that an item be put on the agenda. Such a request must be made in writing at least 45 days prior to the Shareholders' Meeting, latest by 5th March 2012, and shall specify the items to be put on the agenda and the motions of the shareholders.
