All the Flagship Stores are structured along the same lines and divided into a number of different zones – reception, inspiration zone and areas for customer advice and sales. But what makes this concept different is that, in the design and outfitting of its stores, Kuoni takes account of special local features. Accordingly, in Lausanne, not all that many kilometres from the elegant, cosmopolitan city of Geneva with its numerous international organisations, the Kuoni Flagship Store looks entirely different.
