Kuoni publishes last year's figures based on its new group structure

Half year 2011 performance disclosed as prelude to upcoming half year 2012 release on 23 August 2012.

Following the acquisition of Gullivers Travel Associates (GTA) in May 2011 and the introduction of the new group structure in October 2011, the Kuoni Group's reporting for the 2012 financial year will be based on its new organisational structure. With the publication of its results for the first half of 2012 due on 23 August 2012, Kuoni is today publishing the key figures for the same period for the previous year (first half of 2011) based on the new structure. This structure was already additionally disclosed in the 2011 Annual Report for the year as a whole. Pro forma figures are also being published for 2011 showing what the key figures would have been if GTA had already been consolidated on 1 January 2011.

The results for the first half of 2012 will be published on 23 August 2012.
